Crossings

Crossings

First a very big thank you for the people who takes  time to email / read my blog. It is appreciated. I am glad our 'roads crossed' -  all are such an inspiration to me!

Whenever I  hear the word crossing, I think of a Zebra crossing. And also, as it is the last day of the month (August) we are crossing over into a new month, a new season (Autumn). Everyday in our lives we have crossing to go over / into. The most important is that we do / make that crossing with safety and happiness.
Sometimes the crossing can be a bit rough....
and not straight, but hang in there!

A Zebra is just a little ‘donkey with striped pyjamas’ we were told as children, but  on closer inspection, one cannot but  notice how strong and regal they are /how lovely with their stripes.
Matching buttons and stitches to be closer to nature

No wonder they ‘’use the word Zebra for safe pedestrian crossings’’ all over the world. It is often the first wild animal  that gets imprinted in a small child’s mind – Zebra, as that  is what they hear when they are pushed in a pram across them.

In my love for African animal print, I have made quite a few bags and here is one of them with the Zebra print!
Ideal student bag - fully lined and machine washable

Bring part of Africa closer to you

Happy safe crossing into your world of Craft  -
Happy Crossing into a new month / season!

Luvvies
